Any customer may return product for any reason, provided the return takes place within 90 days of purchase. To make a product return, contact The Ready Project Customer Support. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment. Product shipped without an RMA will be refused. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned product.
