This year marks the 11th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Even though this tragedy took place a little over a decade ago, it still weighs heavy on our hearts and is still fresh in our minds. This event may not have effected the far reaches of the West Coast as much as it did the East Coast but it did cause our country to become closer to one another and installed a sense of pride in our country. It reminds us of how life is unpredictable and the importance of keeping our loved ones close. We will always remember Sept. 11 and those that we lost that day.
